M. H.Y: We shared a hotel room with a band from New York. That band decided to trash the place while we were all sleeping. That group was called The Imports. It actually was pretty funny at that time.
M.H.Y: Nope they broke up before we had a chance to do so.
M.H.Y: It’s produced really well. It is also catchy. I feel it is really up to date.
Ryan: I’m Ryan I play guitar and sing. My favorite song is track # 1 The Strongest Man Alive. Why, because it has a great hook and a really strong message. I’m happy with it. I think it came out great.
Ryan: My 8th Birthday. Why, because my mom made a Cookie Monster cake. And it tasted really good.
James: I play the bass in the band. And definitely God intended for me to play the bass. And this is what I love to do.
James: Well it’s close. My complete Heaven would be that I could support my family. I have a wife at home and we are having a kid soon. So being able to support them will be tuff. To be able to bring them on the road and to show my future daughter that this is what I do. So that maybe this might mean something to her and for her in the future. Every second of my life is music. Even if I was not here it would still be something musical I was doing.
Patrick: Actually my favorite song is one that hasn’t been recorded yet. It’s called Best Part.
Patrick: I really came in at the tail end of that deal. I just experienced the bad part of it. Actually Universal was really good to us. It was the sub label that we were on that wasn’t doing ok with Universal. Universal distribution did really great with us. We are hoping to go back to them after this record.
Travis: This. There is no rather.
Travis: Yes we can. And we have done that. We have only do that once or twice and it went each time rather well.
Travis: We write them out with electric guitars. But we are not afraid to go out and play the songs acoustic. We are not afraid also to add a mandolin or an accordion either. Because we are tuff to do something like as brave as that with our songs. We will even do acapella style too.
Travis: Anywhere from Jazz to Metal. Sounding now a days all mixed we are like Material Issue from Chicago. I miss that band. Everyone should miss that band. They were a great band. You can see what we are like by visiting our web site at WWW.MYHOTELYEAR.COM
